CL ad posting - 1500 ads

This project is to post 1500 PVA CL ads, over the span of one month (apx 375 ads per week). Ads will be posted in the services section of several cities on the site, so freelancer must provide PVA's, proxy servers, IP's, etc in their bid. Ghosted ads will not be counted toward total, unless they are replaced and go live on the site. We will notify freelancer of live ads, as well as to keep a record of them ourselves for weekly accountability. Stick rate on site must be high (at least 12 hours). All IPs must come from the USA and must be unique. At least a 90 stick rate would be good. Based on the ease of transaction, services, and performance of the ads, more ads will be added to the order each month (eventually over 20,000 ads per month). Thanks!
