DID Phone Numbers & Codes Needed For CL PVA

I need 100 DID USA Phone Numbers for forwarding. Theses numbers are for PVA creation, so they must work for Phone Verification. NO VOIP. Purchases will be made in quantities of 100 to insure quality. I'm looking to spend 0.20 to 0.30 per number. All of the land line numbers must forward to a USA phone number or skype number. 72 hour replacement policy for non-working numbers. I will need to test all numbers before I buy. I will not send money first, i will escrow money then after all of the phone numbers are good i will release the money to you. If everything goes ok with the first 100 I will buy 1000 + weekly maybe more I will need to test some numbers from you first to be sure that they will work before picking you as the winner.
