I'm a native Chinese speaker, and I'm a web developer. This project needs techniques like Javascript and PHP, or basic html knowledge to create such a contact page. (First you need to capture the text in form using AJAX, and send data to backend program, then form a mail to contact you.) Translation may be quick, in 2 or 3 days. And it takes one day to implement the contact function. I fully work on freelancer now. So I will be responsive to your requests.
