I need a rental agreement for a property located in Tamil Nadu, India. The agreement needs to be in Tamil, but I will also need an English translation. I do not have a rental agreement - but you may use any standard rental agreement used in Tamil Nadu. The terms of the agreement are: Property location: Will be provided to you Lessor: S. Rajesh and R. Srinivasan Tenant: K. Ravi Rent: Rs. 4000 per month Annual increase: Rs. 2000 per year Term: 1 year Deposit: 2 months rent Lease start date: 1 Nov 2015 Payment terms: Payment for month to be made on the 1st of every month (i.e. payment for Nov to be made on 1 Nov) Extension: Extension to agreement will be granted under conditions of the rental agreement without issue of a new lease agreement (i.e. same conditions under this lease agreement will apply to any extension - no new rental agreement will be provided). Other conditions should be as normal standard lease agreements (i.e. conditions for termination of agreement, no construction/development allowed on property, payments for damages, payments for electricity, etc).
