Book + Video Series about Beer Making

Hi, I'm looking for someone that have experience in "beer making" and can: - write a step-by-step book about beer making - take pictures that will be included in the book - take videos during the process Note: All content must be original, i will use plagirism software as well as manaul checking to see if the work was copied from other sources.
