We are launching a product like Tripod. We want to take three to four customer support agents on a free-lance basis. We look for providing the email based support.
The taks involve
1. Understanding the application (10 days approximately)
2. Checking emails (at least once a hour) for 8 hours a day and responding
3. We are open to paying per month fee or per question answered
We require that you have excellent communication (writing skills), patience and comfort with IT applications (from a user perspective)
