Create of Theme based on existing TYPO3 Seite

My existing Blog [url removed, login to view] based on TYPO3 and i want to switch to Wordpress. The Job is: - Build the same design like it existist now as Theme for Wordpress. The HTML Code should be XHTML compliant. - Take existing page content and blog content with Cut&Paste and put it into Wordpress. No double check need, i will control the content and fix formatting. Only Pages & Blogs, all other content and feature configuration will be do by myself. I will provide: - The Folder with all Graphics and existing CSS - Admin Access to an new Wordpress 2.9.1 Installation during the work to enter the Content

## Deliverables

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Old System: TYPO3 4.2.6 on Linux Ubuntu 9.04. I do not think, that knowledge of TYPO3 is really a requirement New System: Wordpress MU 2.9.1 on Linux Ubunti 9.04
