Create Step-By-Step Fishing ''Guide'' Based On Already Created Content

Hello,
I have done 12 fishing interviews with expert fishermen. I've had these interviews transcribed.
I need someone to go through the interview transcriptions, and create a Step-By-Step explanation and guide about all of the information that they talk about.
It should be in your own words, and be simple to understand.
Part of what you will be doing is summarizing the information in the interviews. The other part will be breaking down certain things they talk about into steps.
I will have an illustrator who will create illustrations later, all you need to do (where you feel illustrations of certain techniques are required) is to notate in the guide where the illustration is needed, and what it should show.
Each interview should have between 8 and 15 pages of information you put together for it, following the guidelines above. Do not simply copy and paste what they talk about - you must take the information and put it into your own words, with a nice, carrying, and at times humorous personality - presenting the information simply.
This information centers around a specific species of fish, and knowledge of fishing will definately help...

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
