Converting a PDF document to XHTML

It’s the following document:

<[url removed, login to view]>

Via a PDF to HTML converter you can convert very general.

(This can also be done via Google via the button “View as HTML??)

After this it should be controlled, we need very clear code.

- CSS valid

- XHTML strict valid

- Using <LI> <OL> <UL>, headings

- <STRONG>

- paragraph

(Is using DIV necessary?)

Every ‘artikel’ should be H1 or H2? What is smart?

Using list-style-type property (CSS). It can be one of these values: disc, circle, square, decimal, lower-roman, upper-roman, lower-alpha, upper-alpha, none.

Automatically generated Table of Content:

<[url removed, login to view]>

Is this something useful?

No color or letter type. Just default.

No images.

I thought there is also an CSS where you can put automatically a prefix before (for example the prefix ‘thing’):

<li> Hello

<li> Car

<li> Flower

BECOMES:

Thing 1: Hello

Thing 2: Car

Thing 3: Flower

This would be interesting for this document too. Like ‘Artikel’, ‘Bijlage’ and ‘Protocol’. How is this called?

How can you fix this with for example ‘Artikel 23A’ or ‘Artikel 35A’?? Tel me how you are going to do this.

If you can tell how to do these things, and ask other good questions to me, then I know that you can do it.
