Cycling Blog(s) Needed

We have an Indoor Cycling business that is best described as "anything indoors that improves your riding outdoors". The reason I have an "(s)" in my Project title is that there are likely multiple blogs that could be started/written to support all the various facets to what we are doing. However, to start we would want just 1 blog written that focuses on "Winter Training" for cyclists and recreational riders. The firm chosen must know a little about cycling or the learning curve will be too great. We are trying to maximize the number of people that sign up to participate in this 12 week LIVE WEBCAST training that starts on January 7th. To that end, we want to use blogging and whatever else we can to drive traffic to our Winter Training page and to secure those sign-ups. Fitness facilities or indoor cycling studios as well as individuals who train in their own home are both targeted. I've included a document geared towards studio owners because it really explains how we try to market to the public, which is what this blog is intended to do - market to the home individual user - in other words, some of the rationale for why they would be interested and where they can be found/what groups might be targeted.
