Original Paragraph:
When you have to fit an exercise routine into your already busy schedule, you might be tempted to simply skip the warm up routine, even though you've heard horror stories about people getting injured while working out. Three words: don't do that. When you skip your warm up, you are not only putting your body as risk for personal injury, but you are also making the workout more difficult and less effective. For the best results, it is important to warm up every time you work out.
Rewritten Paragraph (now becomes 2 paragraphs):
The other day I heard about someone getting injured by doing simple exercises working while out at a local gym. Upon investigation it was found the person had failed to warm up prior to working out. You’ve probably heard similar horror stories of people getting injured during their workout program. Did they warm up first?
How about you? Do you ever skip the warm up stretches? If so, I've got three words for you: Don't do that! Skipping your warm up exercises puts your body at risk for personal injury. Not only that, the workout is difficult and hard on your joints and muscles. If you want to get the most from your workout be sure to complete your warm up exercises first.
----------------------------
As you can see, the article takes on a new perspective and has personality. That's what I'm looking for. If you do this, then please post your sample. Since I need more than one writer I will send pm and then post a new private project for selected individuals.
Thanks

Rewritten Paragraph:
It was just another fresh morning when I went for my regular 10 KM cycling habit with a route to the gymnasium. Along the route I met Mr. Robert Nelore who was jogging along and had developed a healthy physique that was a bit…lets say very attractive and sight stopper. I still remember that day when he used to sit on those chairs in the park before and after his health sessions which had taken a lot of time and money but without any results. And now he was joyfully jogging along my side. He said Thanks to me and I said it is my duty to see someone as healthy as he should be.
Yes its true warm up sessions are as important as a regular exercise module cause it produces those flexibility in your muscles so that it is able to take endurance while on workout and produces results and you will feel fresh and healthy throughout the day.
