Article Writers Required - $2 per 500 words

I'm looking for good writers willing to join my team and write/rewrite articles on a daily basis. My deadlines are strict and work will be allocated whenever it's available. Mostly, you are expected to work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. If you are keen to work on weekends as well, that can be arranged too. Constant communication is essential and if you are online a lot and are home-based, you'll be given preference above others.
You need not be a native English speaker, but you need to have excellent writing skills. I don't want you to attach any samples; instead, you'll have to do one trial article on a topic I give you, if I'm interested in your bid.
The payment structure for the articles is $1 per 250 words, which means, when I ask for a 250 word write-up, I'll be paying for 250 words, no more, no less. If you write more than 250 words for an article that I've only asked for to be 250 words, your pay will still be $1. Please understand that before bidding.
Assignments could be original writing or rewrites. It'll change from time to time. I pay on Sundays, via GAF or Paypal. If you are an exceptional writer, I may consider other payment methods.
I prefer individuals, no teams please. Nationality or location does not matter. To prove that you've read this project description thoroughly, please place the sentence "I have read this completely" before placing your bid. No automated bids and/or single sentence bids will be considered. Tell me why I should hire you. Your bid will also be judged to assess your skills, so if there are any grammar or spelling mistakes, I will not consider your bid.
Please bid on the project properly, because even if I'm happy with your work, I cannot select you from the messaging board.
