Article Writing With Spintax(repost)

I am looking for an article writer who can write quality articles (copyscape passed) on provided keywords and provide variations of it in spntax!
This should be an easy job who knows what I am talking about.
The current project is just for 1 ARTICLe to find the right person to work with in the future.
It is important to consider the following points when doing the spntax.
1. Paragraph/Sentence/word level spinning is required. Watch this video to see how to do it:

2. Word count must differ when you spin the articles. For example, if the original artilce was 500 words, variation one could have 400 words, variation two could have 450 words etc.
3. I need atleast 5 variations of the TITLE one sentence/word level.
3. You need to change the layout out of the articles. That is, include bold tags, bullet tags etc to make the layout different. For example {sentence1|<b>sentence1</b>|{1|i|One} Point|{2|ii|Two} Point }. And all this should make sense in the final output. That is, if it is using '1' as the bullet number, second point should have '2' as bullet number and NOT 'ii' or 'Two'.
