The purpose of the product descriptions is to both stimulate customers to buy the item and provide useful/interesting information about the item. Product descriptions can include an overview of the product, how to use the item, what the item works well with, taste, texture, special facts, historical information on the item or manufacturer, special information about how/where it is produced, what makes the product unique in comparison to similar items. Product descriptions would include both a long product description of approximately 2 - 4 paragraphs, and a short description of 100 characters or less.
