Data migration to a new web site

We are finishing migration from a site made in flash to a content manager base system. We need to copy a Commercial Center (mall) database from the flash site to the new one. We don't have the old flash site code, and we have developed a web base backoffice in the new site so we need to copy centres dat one by one to the new site. Old site can be seen at [login to view URL] New sate can be seen at [login to view URL] Data must be migrated both in english and, IMPORTANT, spanish. Please don't bid if you can't read and write spanish language and have a spanish keyboard as we need all texts to be error free and have the correct spanish accents and special characters. Only data from commercial centers in the map at [login to view URL] must be copied. The rest of the site data is handled by us. Only commercial centers in colors green (management status) and yellow (development status) must be copied. Dots in magenta have no data.
