I will need somebody to write up to 30 quality articles based on the subject of landscaping. Each article must be a minimum of 500 words and and they must be on a variety of topics within the subject of landscaping. My client's website salesletter can be found here, and the purpose of these articles are to drive traffic to the website: [url removed, login to view] The articles should be informative, and they should also be search engine friendly. I will retain full ownership and copyrights of the articles. The articles cannot be borrowed or copied from other sources, and they cannot be resold to anyone else. I must be able to publish them with no fear of infringing someone else's copyright. I am looking at a long term working relationship, so if we work well together, you can get priority the next time I need work done. Please provide your best price (e.g. 20 articles for $x or 30 articles for $y). Also, please provide a sample of your work, preferably on the topic of landscaping. This would allow me to guage your ability/knowledge in this field.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
