Hello i have been a Chef for 20 years and have a lot of knowledge where food is concerned. I also create my own recipes as I now live in Spain, The food here is flavorful and colorful and a chefs dream.

Born and raised in a five-star dining and hotel hospitality oriented family/environment, trained private chef and lived and worked in france and italy for an aristocratic family. Trained to cook true aristocratic cuisine, and was required to read and write in both languages. I can guarantee you a unique base of knowledge and experience with a work ethic above and beyond your expectations.

I'm a doctor by qualification and a stay at home mum these days. Cooking is a part of the routine, and baking is something i like to do more often.
