My grandmother passed away in April of last year, and we have been trying to get payment for a refund owed by the care facility that she lived in. At this point, the owner of the care facility has broken the payment agreement, and I need a law firm to write a demand letter that can be sent to her, incase I end up needing to pursue this in Small Claims court. This issue is located within the state of Oregon.
