Similar situation exists in all the developing and developed countries. Thus there is an acute need to improve and strengthen the Corporate Governance in MSME sector around the word.
- With the obvious potential and demand for globalization and to achieve higher growth, corporate sector around the world has now set new trend. SMEs are now transforming from ownership driven to professional management set-up. Separate stock exchanges are now set up for SMEs.
Under this background and in the context of voluntary and non-voluntary guidelines issued by various bodes including OECD policies and concerned regulatory bodies, the following are the suggested desirable written policy issues. These will certainly bring value addition to the growth of the units

I shall be taking up the research work on strengthening of Corporate Governance in MSME sector around the world thru the cooperation of corporate as well as Trade Associations and allied Institutions.
