copywriter for high end personal development program sales brochure

We are selling a high level program to do with personal development and we now require a BROCHURE. We are looking for someone to write the sales copy for this brochure. Our target audience are individuals, young and old who are after a change in their life. We want highly engaging copy, we want to to show prospects that it's not too late to change, and unless they change, nothing in their life will change. The focus will be primarily on people who want the following: WEALTH CREATION TURNING THEIR BUSINESS AROUND WANT MORE MONEY GET OUT OF DEBT START A BUSINESS WEIGHT RELEASE BETTER MARRIAGE/RELATIONSHIPS BETTER HEALTH NEW HOME BETTER PARENTING - maybe something to demonstrate what the parent is saying or doing that's affecting the children. Or if they are thinking to start a family and how they can install better beliefs into their minds that wont hold them back.
