A Complete Rebuild of My Resume- Starting from Scratch

I am 40 something, spent from 1996 to 2008 in various roles of Information Technology and since 2008, I have been a Supply Management/Procurement professional. My resume was last updated in 2005 but I would like a complete rebuild from start to finish of my resume. I will be giving you a resume that is 10 years old, but you will use that to help guide you to write a completely new resume with new wording, new format that complies with today's best practice and is current. As part of this assignment, we will have 2 telephone conversations (at my expense) for 30-60 minutes. This is mandatory. Do you acknowledge this? This resume's primary function is NOT for a job search. It is designed to have on- hand current resume and also to be used to build a new LinkedIn profile and a visual resume. The ideal candidate for this assigment will have a history of at least 15 resume rebuilds from scratch and also be aware of current employment practices with resumes that includes some knowledge of 'how recruiters think' and 'how resumes are processed'. I am based on North America (Canada). Again, somewhere in your bid response, you will acknowledge that a phone conversation will take place before and after you delivery the end result and you will acknowledge that you understand how recruiters think and that you have written at least 15 resumes in Native English.
