Adobe Premiere Elements/Pro tutor/expert required for 1 day (Manila)

I am looking for an experienced trainer in Adobe Premiere Elements to give me 1 days tuition. The reason for this request is that I am setting up my own cricket related YouTube channel and I will regularly want to edit down the footage to shorter slick looking videos which I then upload. Additionally, I would like to give the video opening and closing titles (displaying my company's branding).

I currently own Adobe Premiere Elements 12 so ideally, I would like to utilise that rather than upgrade to the full Pro version. I should add that I am not looking to produce "Oscar" winning videos but simply trying to make my output look a touch more professional.

I anticipate this tuition starting around 9am and finishing at 5pm with a short break for lunch. It would take place at a co-working venue within Makati where will both bring our own laptops. I shall pay for all the venue fees, refreshments, lunch and taxi fees.

I will be in Manila and available from Thursday 23rd March to Sunday 26th March (2017).

I am willing to travel if the freelancer has a studio and wishes to instruct me from that facility. I should also add that I am not expecting formal classroom instruction but to just spend a few hours with someone who is an expert Adobe Premiere user and observe/learn the video editing workflow.

Possibly the best idea is that I bring along a single unedited 50-60 minutes video and we spend the day editing it down to 4-5 minutes with some nice transitions and finally adding some professional titles.
