Looking for someone to develop an email newsletter / contact management / CMS system to use as the core of our system for various clients. Code will run on our Win03 servers and use a MySQL database. Server running ColdFusion MX 6.1, and code must be manageable enough for our programmers to do small tweaks and manipulations.
