Convert image into custom doc / pdf you need diagram and other skills, formatting - repost

I need someone to redesign the 2 sided paper, the diagrams needs to be redrawn to avoid copyright. Our logos and other bits added to the final version. Files are attached. Will suit someone who can draw and illustrate and can use adobe or similar software. Final file will be complete with text 2 pages, all text and diagrams and delivered in PSD or AI format so it can be edited here locally before sending for printing. So must all be layered and done properly.
