As far as my Technical Certifications are concerned, I have complete CCIE collaboration (Voice LAB) as well as CCVP.
Currently Working as Senior Technical Consultant where my roles are:
• Design & Implementation Support of Complex Cisco IPT and Contact Center setups, upgrades and integration.
• Handling escalations from Voice support Team .
Prior to that I was working Cisco TAC project where my roles were:
• VOIP Implementation and Troubleshooting.
• Configuring and maintaining complex call routing and media resource issues.
• Installing and upgrading call-manager servers.
• Call Manager DRF Backup and Restore.
• Implementing and provide assistance in configuring E1/ T1 controller / PRI / ISDN.
• Implementing and provide assistance in configuring dial-peers on Voice Gateways.
• Integration of Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, IM & Presence with CUCM.
