We need to create an in-depth polygonal shapefile of the attached areas for the "DATA" coverage of AT&T. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DATA CHOSEN ON THE PAGE

You will need to zoom in very far to get the most accurate results. Use WGS84 Datum. This is for parts of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas

Simply outline the areas that are not part of the coverage. Here is the website link. [url removed, login to view]

WE ONLY NEED THE AREAS THAT ARE SPECIFIED IN THE FIRST 2 IMAGES. The third image is an example of how far too zoom in.
