cartoons - newspaper/satire style black and white

My name is Darragh O'Shea, I work as part of the clinical health psychology team at Imperial College Healthcare. I see you've worked with the college before! Great! We are currently developing a self-management manual for people with chronic disease. We are looking to use a number of illustrations to evoke group discussion around a number of theoretically important themes. To evoke discussion on the Levanthal’s study of chronic illness: Condition, Control, Cause, Curability, Diagnosis, Treatment, Duration, Implications we aim to introduce a series of cartoons showing different scenarios, eg. • Balloon filling room with person squashed into the corner, (Control) • A person juggling with balls and another ball comes flying through the window, • A lone figure on a cliff top aiming a gun against approaching horde etc (Control) • A person swimming against a tide (Control) • A person searching in a room covered in question mark while holding a magnifying glass, looking exasperated. (Cause of illness) • Trying to stuff a box labelled “my condition” into a small luggage bag (Implications) • Professional in a white coat making the claim “this is how you to manage your health condition” whilst standing next to a blackboard covered in difficult mathematical equations. (Curability) Ideally, the cartoons will be in black and white (keep NHS costs down) and in the style of a newspaper satire. The cartoons will form part of an exercise within a group therapy intervention. I can forward you a word doc of what we would like to achieve, at which point you can see if it's feasible.
