Our company is in need of cartooning services whereby we will provide the story line. The cartoonist must be able to "draw" it like a comic strip type. We prefer 2d animation also. Duration time will be 2 to 3 minutes. Concept will be corporate advisory. We will entertain cartoonist from Philippines only. We require quotation also and the services included.
