Need help from experienced Jquery & CSS Expert

Hello,
I am in need of some help. I have a responsive website. I have added to one of the pages a quiz that was written using javascript. If the javascript is run on a blank html page it works as intended. But when used on my site it doesn't work as intended. The elements do not display correctly, colours are wrong etc. So there is some problem with conflicting tags or conflicting css/java. I am unable to fix it myself so need the assistance of an expert. Should be a quick fix.

As you can see the web elements don't appear correctly and if you get a correct answer it doesn't show explanation. So something is conflicting with the java code or CSS elements..
