I have a site using the Alex template from Squarespace: [login to view URL]

I need the 2 nav bars on the index homepage to be sticky:

– they should be sticky: if user scrolls up over the NY sections, the NY bar should stick to top of browser page, until user reaches the SF sections. Then the SF bar pushes the NY bar up and the SF bar sticks.

– they should overlay the parallax pages/images with 50% opacity

– they need to work also on mobile

Also, two maps on [login to view URL] need to be debugged:

– the map on the left doesn't show its markers
