I need someone to create the javascript and css to replicate the sticky nav in the image attached. It is a drupal website and you must use the existing html and write the css and javascript based on the existing html without making any changes. The sticky nav also has a drop down menu which is seen in the image. The sticky nav must work responsively as well. This should be a simple task for someone experienced with css and javascript. This should work in all of the latest browsers and be responsive. Please only bid if you can start immediately.
