CSS and User Interface Design UID expert needed

We are developing a site that gives users the choice of 5 color schemes. Our client has given us the palettes for the color schemes they want, and we have done an initial implementation of the styles. However the results are not pleasing. We are looking for someone who can tailor the palettes to make the color combinations more appealing, and perhaps apply them a little better to the page elements. This is a data driven site, so the user interface is made of tables and some custom elements. Attached is a complete description with screen shots and a sample stylesheet. Qualified bidders will be given access to the test site. Your bid MUST demonstrate that you have read the full specifications and offer specific steps to improve the site. Generic bids that do not show you have read the specification will be deleted and reported as spam. ## Deliverables A detailed description with 2 of the stylesheets is included.
