CSS Menu for my credit card directory site

I need a drop down menu that uses css. I also would like for it do be designed to fit into the scheme of my website at www.123apply.com. I want to you this for the body of my site. I want the drop menu to be for 3 specific searches. Using radio buttons the user can select: "cards by issuer", or by "cards by feature", or "cards by credit score". Once they click on their choice the drop down box should have those cards listed for them to choose from. The person selects the card or cards they want to view and clicks on a button called "See Credit Cards" which will take them to the page within my site for their selection. I need this to be custom designed to go with the feel up my existing site.
