I need a css designer to remote on to my computer and work with me to make a web application look modern and professional. The web application has already been built. The layout is done using tables. I need a css designer to work with me to make it look good. I only want to use css, i do not want to use any javascript. I do not want to use any bootstrap or any other add ons, just straight forward css. I will need to see some portfolios, so i can tell you the work that you have done that i like, then we can make the new application look the same. I also have other projects that are bigger and also require a css designer, so if this goes well, then i will need more work to be done on some other systems.
