If the source code is already coded with classes and ids for the html elements then i just need the css source file to make the site Responsive. I have converted many sites into responsive, so i have good experience in this job. The only problem is that i do not have any resource to run .asp files, so if you could provide me a development site on your windows server than i can do this job.
