hi, we would like to build a CSS stylesheet for our ebooks (which are published in EPUB format).
We are thinking of around 10 different styles (h1, h2, h3, h4, lists, p, quotes, images, footnotes and a few other standard book styles).
We would like to go beyond the typical boring CSS for ebooks, and get something attractive, useful and adaptable both to tablets and smartphones (for example iPad and iPhone). For example, for h1 (titles of chapters) we could imagine horizontal lines separating the title and the normal text; dropcaps; hyphenation; control of widow lines, etc.
thanks
Octavio
