I have a client who has a Flash web-site http://www.martinlevy.co.uk. I need this to be converted to a HTML and CSS site which keeps as much of the design and animated elements as possible. This is an urgent project so please only serious bids. I'm happy to pay 50% up front and 50% on completion.
Have been let down badly by the original freelancer that was awarded this job. If anyone can get on with this immediately please let me know.
