Develop an interstitial/admob banner

Hello, I have a simple interstitial ad (displayed on mobile phones & tables) that I would like to develop based on the following : [login to view URL] The ad basically works as such: - click on a banner ad - ad goes full screen and shows some images, tapping an image shows a description - should be responsive and works on mobiles, tablets, in portrait and landscape mode - jquery must NOT be used - it must use the Swipe Gallery - it can be built using GWD or without it if you 100% understand all the above, and have good experience in them please bid I need to do this within the upcoming 6 hours (it's a 1-2 hour job for someone experienced)
