Convert PSD to HTML5 - 3 pages

I have 2 PSD design files which need to be converted to HTML5 - using the Twitter Bootstrap framework. It's a really simple 2-column design with sticky footer, header, menu and 2-column content (need both left nav and right fluid content and right nav column with left fluid content). Home page - left fluid content, right nav. Other pages - left nav, right content. Requirements: 1. Responsive menu (one menu item is in two columns, other menu items are simple one column, drop down) 2. Responsive HTML5 design 3. Needs to work in IE7+, FF, Safari, Opera, Chrome 4. Add some form elements - select lists, text boxes, radio buttons, check lists with labels 5. Add hide / show divs examples with jQuery 6. Add alert box examples Need a really quick turnaround. Only experienced HTML5 / jQuery designers should apply with relevant HTML5 work examples.
