Additional Pages / HTML / CSS / JQuery

THIS IS A DESIGN / HTML / JS PROJECT ( no backend coding required ) I already have a website done and have a bunch of HTML/js/css. Now I want to make it look pretty and also add new pages / elements / divs to it. These site should also work in Tablets and all modern browsers (including IE). There are places where we will need jQuery animations. The requirement doc is attached for reference. This is 90% of the requirement - the rest is mostly adding fields / column in a form, or adding a new button in the page, etc. Place your bid and also share your most recent and the best work. I have had experience earlier with people who shared others work to win a bid - please do not bid if you cannot achieve the results. It will effect your ratings adversely. DISCLAIMER I do not accept anything unless I am fully satisfied. So, unless the work is as expected, you need to rework. My budget for this one is small and the job that gets done nicely and with the best economy will be selected.
