We have a vanilla install of SugarCRM and would like someone to configure it for our basic needs. Strip out anything we dont need and make it easy for us to manage it. We are a distrubution business and our leads come from four sources: 1. Direct Enquiry 2. Trade Shows 3. Head Office Referral 4. Recommendation (Fellow Distributor/Existing or potential customer/Professional) Once an enquiry is created, we then follow up with phone calls, emails, quotes etc and we would like the ability to update the record to show who spoke tot he customer last and what was said, if we are to call back then a task set for that date. Thats about it! Happy bidding :o)
