C++ Windows desktop utility

Windows utility in C++ to streamline transcribing audio. Must read in an mp3 or wav file (large, several hours long). Must read in Aegisub script file in UTF-8 (which contains English subtitles and timecodes). (Sample to be provided.) It needs to display (mockup to be provided): 1. The waveform in a top window. 2. A large text area where the user will input a UTF-8 transcription of the audio clip 3. The line number (of dialogue, from the ".ass" file) 4. The Start time code 5. The End time code 6. The English text 7. Navigation buttons. "Previous" "Next (no save)" "Save and Next", "Replay", "Slow" It needs these dropdown menus: 1. File Import Aegisub file Import audio file Export translated file (it must export as UTF-8 text, with three tab-delimited fields, one per line: time_start, time_end, translated_text) 2. Edit Find Undone Find Done Find All 3. Help (a simple dialog box with my company name and contact information.) It needs to keep track of which lines have been translated, so not to show them again to the user. By default, when the user opens the program, it finds the Undone records.
