Camera based Face Recognition Application for Employee Attendance Purpose in C++ -- 2

Hi, I just got my Masters in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning and Image Processing. I have created an algorithm before which detects facial key-points. Your requirements are just an extension of that project. I propose a neural network which can be easily coded up in C++ using existing standard libraries and we can iterate over it until the required level off accuracy is achieved.
