BADA OS APP

require an app developed for BADA platform. Some features of this app will be connecting to server, downloading files, encrypting/decrypting files, displaying files, gathering data and reporting back to the server .. Those with good experience in this field may contact me and I shall discuss the details with you. Project will be unit tested on a daily basis. Which means that once you are done coding a particular module/class/function .. you must forward the same to me with relevant testing classes so that I can test and be satisfied that the code is solid. I am not a coder but have had enough bad experiences to know not to blindly hand over the project to someone and then wait for 3 weeks just to find out that he/she has done a horrible job. I am looking for someone who is good in communication, writes legible code, and can work with me on a daily basis.
