Customer has software that creates a virtual audio cable (VAC) device in control panel - this allows output to their speakers through physical cable (plugged into PC) and to Bluetooth speakers via VAC. When starting Windows, you must first configure the devices in control panel, and then launch 2 separate instances on the VAC program to configure the output to the speakers and Bluetooth. Customer wants to only have to hit "play" in Spotify after logging into Windows to have their audio work correctly. Note: Not sure if C programming is what we need, had to select one skill.
