Hello, i worked with MasterCam X3 and Catia V5. But i dont have the programm Catia on my Laptop, i have the cd from MasterCam X3, i have to install it. I have solidworks on my laptop . I studied industrial engineering at the technical university of vienna. And i did a CNC programming course with 226 hours. I think i can work with you. SCNA is able to deliver G code or 3D CAD/CAM program files with the following characteristics: -G code developed on CATIA V5 software for 2x, 3x and 4x axes (indexed axes only). 5x axis limited capacity: depending on 5x worktable type(information required and indexed axes only). *Complete G code: To deliver a complete G code program SCNA needs following set ups: current tool change, current start of program and current end of programs. SCNA requires also type of material, type of subjection(fixture, jig, etc), rough material, drill and cutter tools available on shop floor, expected run time any possible special details handled on CNC machine. *Partial G code: If you are not able to provide as many details for a complete G code SCNA can deliver partial G code for just one geometrical characteristic of part. SNCA will provide just the working g code toolpath without tool change or other set up. *Precision digits of G code: 2, 3 or 4 precision digits 0.00 0.000 0.0000. -CAD/CAM CNC program file CATIA V5 only. Extra services provided: -Generic postprocessor for CATIA V5 (.aptsource input, G code output) for 3x and 4x axes only (indexed axes only). -Minor external macros (MEM) to edit G code (Visual Basic developed). -Custom macro (Macro B) programming, but SCNA needs to know parameters available on machine (variables able to be programmed on machine), and custom necessities.
