Commercial building conversion to Apartment Building II

Looking for a draftsman/architect to maximize the number of residential units in this three-level existing commercial building. The work is primarily interior. Will require attention to detail and the ability to leverage your experience to design the maximum number of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units for a target rental market of seniors. Attached are the current office floor plans for each of the three levels. Note, you assume that key components (highlighted with RED borders) such as stairways, elevator, electrical room, elevator room, pump room, and such can not be moved or modified. Also attached is an exterior picture of the existing building for added perspective. Sample 1 and 2 bedroom apartment floor plans which are also attached. Quality deliverable on time and budget are a must. We have additional projects for the right teams.
