C# YouTube Thumbs Up Comment Bot

I need someone to make a youtube comment thumbs up bot, preferrably in C#
This will need to do the following:
- Load accounts and proxy lists
- Connect to a proxy from an imported list
- Log into a yt account from an imported list
- Find my comment (by username) on selected video and thumbs up the comment
- Log out
- Repeat process
Should be simple enough and shouldn't take too long to do
When it selects the proxy from the list, it will need to check if the proxy is working, and if it doesn't work, then remove from list and get the next proxy in the list
