Hello Your code is working fine. But i have a lot of confusion what you want to do? All I see that when I click search from form2 or form 1 then mainform's search changes to form2 or form 1. All you need that do this without event? Or need a more easy way to organize it. I can mange that. Please let me clarify. Thanks Sumon

Hi, I went through your project requirement and it is very clearly that you want to follow modular approach for creation of Windows Form of large number of forms around 500. Also each form will have search form which will changes its behaviour based on the invoked form. Following is the proposal from my side, 1. Create a single base Form (by understanding base functionality of 500 forms) and provide very generic functionality. Then for the forms which changes drastically from the functionality introduce derived forms to provide the functionality. By doing this you don't have create as many forms. 2. Similarly base search form which will have generic functionality and also you can get the information about the invoked form by using constructor or property. Looking forward to work with you. I have designed and developed ERP software. I made it folder management and 3 ties layer system. Example - Accounts : 1. There are 3 folder for Setup-Transaction-And Report (including 3 ties (Data Access, User Interface and Business Logic) 2. MS Sql Server - procedure and Table also - write first letter Accounts (A). So that, my project is really very easy handle for anybody. 3. All common Information should be in one folder named Information and procedure and table also first name (A) For Accounts module.
