Change The Default IP address of server.

my server has an 20-30 IP address defined on network settings. One is set as default ip address which all programs on server use to connect to internet. But i sometimes want to change the default ip. it is done from network settings in a few minutes, but i want to change it easily with a small user interface, just as checking a checkbox. The program will list me all available ip address defined on network card with checkboxes near them. the default ip will be checked. when i check another ip, i want that the new default ip is that ip. i prefer it to be written in c# and i will want to get source codes also.
